The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming

The extraordinary staff made my experience memorable always eager to help with a smile. The location was perfect for exploring the central sights and was close to transportation.

The air conditioning struggled to heat our room during our stay making it quite uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the outdated decor made the ambiance feel less appealing.

I had a delightful stay with a lovely, clean room that offered stunning views of the city. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, always willing to assist with any needs. However, I think the hotel could benefit from some renovations to enhance the overall experience.

During my stay, the staff were exceptional, going out of their way to arrange surprise transport for a spontaneous city tour, which truly made our trip unforgettable. The breakfast buffet was beyond impressive, included everything you could imagine, giving us an energizing start to our days.

Great location, but questionable comfort

We spent 6 nights in a Classic King Room with City View. Honestly, the location was a major win, especially with the hop-on, hop-off bus right at the hotel. But the carpet had stains, and our shower products were empty. The staff tried, but the service was hit or miss. At least the bar had a decent drink selection!
